Content Ownership & Usage Rights

You guarantee full ownership or valid licensing for all submitted media (photos, logos, audio, video, graphics, etc.). Any intellectual property disputes or infringement claims arising from your materials are your sole responsibility. You also grant The Press a perpetual, royalty‑free license to use, modify, and distribute your content across its social channels for promotional purposes.


Incorporation of Third‑Party Assets

When your submission includes trademarks, MLS data, music, or other protected works owned by third parties, it’s up to you to secure any necessary permissions. The Press will comply with any lawful takedown notice or platform requirement.


Truthfulness & Compliance

All details you provide—descriptions, pricing, endorsements, or promotional statements—must be accurate, lawful, and non‑misleading. You’ll defend and indemnify The Press against any legal action arising from inaccuracies, false advertising, or unlawful content.


Refunds & Cancellation

  • Before Publication: You may request a full refund at any time prior to your content going live on social media.
     
  • After Publication: Once your materials are published on any platform, the sale is final and refunds are not available.
     


Editorial Authority & Platform Standards

The Press retains complete discretion to edit, reschedule, withhold, or refuse any submission for reasons of quality, legality, branding, or policy compliance. We also adhere to Instagram’s (and other networks’) guidelines and DMCA rules without obligation to repost or reimburse you.


Privacy & Personal Data

Do not include private addresses, phone numbers, or client images without explicit consent. You accept full liability for any privacy violations or unauthorized disclosures resulting from your submission.


No Implied Endorsement

Publication by The Press does not create any partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement relationship between The Press and any individual, business, or brand featured in your content.


Performance & Outcome Disclaimer

The Press makes no promises regarding reach, engagement, or return on investment. All promotional activities are subject to social‑media algorithms, audience behavior, and platform limitations.


Authorized Representatives

Materials submitted by assistants, marketing teams, or other delegates are assumed to be authorized by the entity they represent. It’s your duty to confirm that these representatives have the proper authority; The Press won’t verify internal permissions.
